I usually only rate food places, but I was impressed by the service at this location. Stores like this don't HAVE to have amazing customer service, since the product and the sales basically make the product fly off the shelves. But I was impressed on this particular visit.
I came in because I had a Town Square gift card, and because it was after Christmas and I love the candles that were on special. Got 4 candles and some plug ins and used my card. Something happened with the register where it took my gift card but cleared out the sale, so when she re rang everything, the gift card seems to have a zero balance. The manager, a gentleman whose name I'm forgetting, took initiative and called the TS service and after about 15 minutes finally got the balance back. Then since I waited so long, he gave me an additional $10 off. I thought it was really nice of him to do that, and I will remember that he went the extra mile.
