  • I had an appointment scheduled at 9AM and at 9:30 I was informed that the tech couldn't make it until 11AM. I called back at 11:15 and was told the tech wasn't going to make it until around 12:30. I decided to go elsewhere for my repair as I work until 2AM and woke up early to be ready for the tech to show up. Nothing more rude then not keeping an appointment
