I was really afraid that this is one of those tourists trap given its location. Turned out that it's really a nice bistro with well-priced food, great live music and pleasant decor in old-montreal style building.
We came for the happening gourmand event with the set menu. Mushroom Risotto with duck confit was well-seasoned and in generous portion. The dessert was great. Not much comment on my appetizer but my friend who ordered salmon tartare looked delicious (she did say that the calamari is not her best).
The highlight of this place is the live music and impeccable service if you want more than just good food. (It took us 20min to get the table even with a reservation, but the owner kept apologizing and served us free 10-year-old port wine with our desserts).
