  • Got here 30 minutes prior to opening thinking nobody else would be here. When I arrived, only one other person was here and he was sitting in front of the door. I still thought that would be it for now so I stayed in my car. Not more than 5 minutes go by and seven people are now in line. So, here I am, sitting on the ground, waiting in line for the MVD to open. And still, 15 minutes prior to opening, 15 more people are in line behind me.
