  • Never rent your home to a family member. My brother completely trashed the home I bought in Tempe to rent out to him during his schooling. The $600 I cash flowed per month would not even put a dent into the damage he caused. This home had black mold and I didnt want to deal with getting it renovated. Highest Cash Offer actually got a professional quote from a contractor and broke everything down. I liked that they didn't put a bunch of fees on top of the price they offered. It was a little less than I was hoping for, but it was still fair and I was happy with my decision to sell my home to them.
