  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible facilities, very unsafe, noisy, and terribly upkept. Most the laundry machines are broken or filthy, the "gym" is consisted of absolutely no functioning machines, with parts just laying on the floor, and the building is insanely noisy constantly with construction and residents. Not even near worth the price tag they put on this place, and in a terrible area. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Staff is often inattentive and non-responsive. I moved out weeks ago, and they refuse to respond to my many calls and emails about getting my security deposit back. This is after months of them refusing to do anything about the various complaints residents filed with the building.
