Stop what you are doing , if you are in this store turn around and go somewhere else. Worst experience I have ever had.
Went into the store a month ago found a charm I wanted it needed personalization. The lady told me to go online order and ship to the store it would be here in time for Christmas. That night placed the order.
Several weeks later I try to call Zales customer service 800 number wait time is over 70+ minutes. So I decide to wait it out after 1:30 I finally hung up. I tired to call the store several times today no one would answer. I drove in and they said there is nothing they can do. They took my money I have no clue where my order is or if it will make it in time. They said my item has to be received before they could process a refund. Oh it gets better, the lady who did not help me at all says we won't call you when it gets in. If you don't pick it up in a certain time frame they ship it back. Wow this company has a lot of things to work on. They have lost my business forever. The lady said well there is three more days until Christmas it might come in. But of course I would be the one who has to call. But when I called today they don't even answer. Total win win situation.
Now I am left to either call Christmas Eve and if they didn't receive my item go to the mall fight the Crowds spend more money on another gift in hope when I get this item it will be refunded.
