  • We recently purchased a 14-piece bedroom set for our guest room through Renee Newbill at Ashley's Furniture. Renee was extremely helpful, courteous, pleasant and a joy to work with! Ashley's Furniture scheduled a delivery date of 9/20/17 for all of our furniture. Please keep in mind, we were having an overnight guest on 9/21/17, therefore, we needed this bedroom set for our guest. On 9/19/17, we received a call from Ashley's Furniture delivery department, informing us that they would not be able to deliver a part of the bed, which would have resulted in us not being able to put the bed together for our guest. We immediately contacted Renee, who was able to immediately rectify the situation and promised we would receive all of the parts for our bedroom set. On 9/20/17, the bedroom set was delivered as promised and we love the bedroom set! We would highly recommend that you ask for Renee at Ashley's Furniture.
