  • Stratusphere yoga is truly gorgeous. I agree with Jennifer, it really does look like a spa than a yoga studio, as I haven't seen one quite like this. The showers, change room, waiting area are almost too pristine and look as though they were from the covers of some decor and architecture magazine. I took two hot classes here from the shape and strength categories, and my friend and I didn't find it hot enough. However, the instructors are extremely fit and able to adjust positions where needed. They're also well equipped with straps, and blocks in each room (there are 3). The studio was surprisingly busy on a late weekday morning. The patrons? University students and ladies who lunch. 3.5 Stars.
