  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They do not stand by work. I had an issue with my hot water & the salesmen (repair man) did exactly what was shown on Dateline, they use scare tactics saying if you don't replace it could blow your house up etc. They charge you an arm in a leg $1500 and when I called & told them my water heater wasn't working like the old one they charge me another $300. Any issue you have after the come out is mysteriously not cover under their warranty. They even change their name to NOW Plumbing. They talk a good game while emptying your wallet!
