  • We typically come here several times a month for brunch in the bar area. Normally, everything is great; however, today's experience was the worst and is worth mentioning. We walked into the bar, which was not busy, and we're not greeted for ten minutes. We actually had to stand up and flag someone down for service. Danielle, our server, came over and took our order (both drink and food). Another 15 minutes goes by, and she brings water. Then we wait another ten for mimosa and Chip Shot. Food comes, I ask for more butter - doesn't arrive from Danielle until end of meal. We ordered a refill of both drinks and they don't arrive. She comes to check on food, I told her it would be better with drinks. She failed to even put them in!! Then, she clears our plates, we ask for the tab. Another ten minutes goes by and she does bring out check, she's reading a book behind the bar with the other bartender! Again, we had to get up to get her attention. Horrible server and service. Jim, the manager, said he's going to get "actively involved." I sincerely hope you do.
