  • Worst Management ever!- disappointing that I can't give zero stars. Do not trust them. Do not stay with them. They only care about money that they can make from you in whatever way possible. They will harass you, trespass your apartment whenever they like, steal your privacy, and loot your security deposits. 1. They had bedbugs- When we moved in to the property, we complained that they had bedbugs. They initially blamed us that we are unclean, and said that the trash we have out apartment causes rats to come in, and these rats bring with them bedbugs. However when I pointed that there are other bedbug ridden apartments in the building they obliged by paying for bug extermination services from our apartments. 2. Don't trust their word- we were two students studying at CMU when we started the lease. At the beginning of our lease we asked them that we want to bring in a third roommate because the rent is little too high for us. Two months into the lease we found a third roommate but when we asked him to be added to the lease they said that it would mean rent increase because the third roommate will cause extra trash and extra utility bill- Seriously WTF! We had no choice but to agree to their demands because we were running out of cash and we needed a third roommate. 3. They will steal your privacy- the management comes in without notice to check the apartment if you are following the rules they have framed for the property such as to determine how many days your wife/ girlfriend/ boyfriend is staying over and when are they leaving. You will receive notice from these folks if they detect that someone other than those who have signed the lease stay over for few days/ weeks. 4. Finally, don't ever think your security deposit is safe- we cleaned this house so well that we were sure we will receive all of our deposit. When they gave us the apartment the kitchen slab had a small burnt corner. We ignored that small burn because we thought that this old property will have such things. These guys deducted $300 from our security to replace that slab and argued that they would have never given us such thing in the first place. If you move in to this apartment just make sure that you have an insurance for your security deposit, because they are good in minting money from your deposit. I wish nobody gets such management. To the management- change your practices- you are bad people. You have cause agony to me and my flatmates.
