  • I am very disappointed. I purchased the Living Social Deal trying to find someone to come to my house regularly and thought this is a great trial run. I filled out their online request and had some dates sent to me. I picked a date and asked to be put on the wait list for anything sooner since it was months later but I guess the staff never put it in the system. The day of the cleaning when they did not come I signed up for another cleaning date which was again, months later. When the ladies arrived one started cleaning right away and the other sat on the phone outside of my house for 15 minutes. I purchased a deal with two maids for two hours but they only stayed for one hour. When I emailed the company they asked be to contact Living Social and took no effort to make it right. They referred me to a previous email and then I referred them to the email chain that was months prior to that. The whole time the company was unprofessional and did not care about keeping clients but just the one time cleanings they do for those that purchased on Living Social or Groupon. Then when something goes wrong during the cleaning they kept asking me to reach out to Living Social. Needless to say I will not be using them again and I would suggest trying Madeline's Meticulous.
