rev:text	My experience was good and bad. I was looking on yelp for 5 star companies in order to have my heat pump replaced and came across Ideal Energy. I shoot them a quote request and they contact me right away and have someone out by that afternoon. The gentleman (I don't want to use his name) came did his assessment and showed me what the results were. He was very friendly and impressed me in the beginning and I even mentioned that to the lady who sent him. But then here's a couple little things that struck me odd, during conversation he told me he wasn't an ac guy and only knew enough to gather info and put into his computer and that he had his own ac issues at his house constantly. Ok? Why would they not send me someone certified in the position to my request? Second, he gave me one estimate that had one brand, one size and one price, zero other options. Granted I did like the estimate provided at the time, my husband later had me email him and ask how much would it be for a half size up. He then called like the next day I believe and said that I shouldn't go up in size and in fact there was another part of the assessment he needed to do and I might even need to go down. I never heard anything back? A few days later I text with another question and never received a response back on that either.? I have since then used another 5 star company and am very happy, so I guess this just wasn't meant to be for me.
