  • Excellent! Front door key was sticking at our home in Arizona. Asked them to repair or replace the cylinder. They were able to repair it (removed dirt, bugs? that were stuck inside). All done in just a few minutes. No need to buy a new cylinder or an entire new lock as I was expecting. The tech also, on his own initiative, removed the pins that allowed it to be opened by a master key. Thus, Highly Recommended.
