Caesars is HUGE with many hotel towers. The Julius and Forum Towers are the closest to the action. They have a remodeled food court (pizza, salads, sandwich, mexican, chinese, coffee) but it is not open 24 hours I think most close at 11pm which is a disappointment however Cafe Americano is open 24/7. They have several upscale restaurants and you must check out the Forum Shops. Be prepared to do lots of walking even just to get to your room because this place is huge! We stayed in the Julius Tower and it was okay, basic nothing fancy but it was super clean which is most important to me. If I had to complain of one thing it would be the limited cocktail service on the casino floor which lately seems to be the norm for all Caesars casinos. You can easily wait an hour and not see one cocktail server (another way they are screwing you this plus the tightening of their machines!) which is why I usually play elsewhere.
