  • One of the worse shipping companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered a package from Amazon and they were suppose to deliver it next day. The address was correct but they reported the address needed an apartment number. If you put my address in any GPS device it will pinpoint the exact location of my residence. Yet for some reason OnTrac cannot find it. My house isn't hidden behind some super secret passageway. The address numbers are clearly visible. After wasting hours of my time on the phone with them on multiple occasions, they tried to reassure me the package will be delivered. It's now four days the promised delivery date and still no package. Absolutely the worse!!!! Their customer service is horrendous. I am surprised they are still in business. I would avoid using this company at any cost! I wish I could give them a 0 star rating but you can't on Yelp.
