| - I called and made an appointment for 1:30 to have the computer reset (flashed) in my jeep, I was told it would be $130.00 & doesn't take too long...I arrived early at 1:15 to a line of cars waiting in the service line (that didn't have appointments). I still had to wait. They came and took my name and then said an attendant would be with me shortly...I wait again, then the original guy comes back and tells me he had to get another attendant because the one that made my appointment went to lunch. Finally one comes, gets my info, then tells me the original guy never checked me in. Moving on...I tell her specifically what I need, she says do you want us to run a diagnostic test, I say NO (she notes it) over 2 hours later, cars coming in after me are already complete. I go in and the lady says mine will be coming out then tells me there is nothing wrong with it, they plugged it in and all was good. So I asked her, so they did nothing, and again she tells me nope, all was good but your bill is 135. The cashier girl tells me then I'm paying for a diagnostic test (which I originally said no too) I asked for a manager (Larry, I think) comes out and says that the fee was for the shops time, because the guy plugged it in...then turns to get on to an employee (in front of everyone) because she loaned out a car to pick up a customer. That is something that should be done behind closed doors. His demeanor and attitude is what will cause you to lose business. I know I'll never be back, my receipt even shows everything was up to date and no work was needed. Then I find out that my original appointment taker (Taiana, I think) changed my appointment without informing me because she was going to lunch..... this whole experience was not good
