  • Hina is so... Hina (the Japanese word for small/cute)! Walking in for the first time, the place felt classy and intimate, but still homey. I ordered a dinner combo with a salad, big ol' bowl of udon and the A&S (avocado and salmon) dragon roll. Everything was very rich in taste, and the presentation was top notch. The sushi chefs here are really good at what they do. The shiitake mushrooms that came with my meal were mind-blowingly good. I was alone and doing some schoolwork, and my server adjusted perfectly to that situation. She checked in/refilled my green tea often enough to make me not feel neglected (lol), but not so often as to interrupt my work. For $22 (before tip), I was happy/satiated and had some leftover udon which I enjoyed the next day. This is definitely one of the best sushi spots in Toronto!
