  • The UPS Store can be a valuable neighborhood friend... if you are in the right neighborhood. We have had both good and bad experiences, depending on which store we went to and when. And, that's the problem. The UPS Store gets 2 stars from us because it lacks uniformity of excellence in the vital areas of customer service and cleanliness. The business of a perfect stranger should be as welcome to a shop owner as the business of a "regular" customer. Some Owners forget this basic rule of business.
