When I am charged for parts and service I assume it will be done correctly. However, these guys do a subpar job fixing the original problem (replacing an iPad screen) then when it created additional issues (skewed home button) they feel perfectly justified charging for additional parts and labor. The best part is no matter how far back the original issue was, be it 4 days or 4 weeks, then blame the customer for incorrect use and refuse to warranty any of their work. If you choose to go here keep your receipts, do not accept your product back until it is 100% to your satisfaction, and don't expect any help if you develop another problem due to shoddy work on the first part.
