Balconies
Well constructed
Proximity to the Las Vegas strip
Cons:
Below average northerly views
Proximity to dangerous neighborhoods
Not a convenient location to grocery and shops
Parking situation (most units only 1 parking space)
HOA often req a dep in the amt of 1mo rent/year)
Couple power outages the past year (only 1hr each)
Don't expect to be able to walk or jog outside bldg
The washer and dryer are 2/3 full size and stacked
Units vary according to what options the owner went with (floors, wall colors, blinds)
Overall, if you're not accustom to high rise living but are very interested in living in one but shy away from other places because of the cost, this may be as close to perfect as you will find. Keep in mind, this may not be a very good choice for people with families or significant others who are not on the lease. If you don't have a lot of guests or a big family, are fairly young but well to do, give this place a chance.
