What I like about this location is the size of it and how a lot of the events such as signings and midnight launches are hosted here. I'll never forget meeting some of the bio shock infinite developers that came here for a signing, and for that, I'm really happy to have such a large flagship store to be able to have such things. But the reason I give this location a two-star rating is because of the poor business practices that the company/manager instills on their employees.
I bought a game at full retail price last march, and when the game had gone on sale less than a month of buying it, I was refused a price adjustment despite having a receipt and the game still sealed. I then argued that there was nothing to stop me from just returning the game to them and then rebuy it at the sale price since my receipt was well within validity of doing so, but the employee said I'd have to buy the game from another location. Ridiculous. It seemed like one of those things where this particular employee was only doing what management/head office trained them to do.
I honestly haven't come back to this location and I haven't missed it at all.
