  • My boyfriend accidentally lol swiped off my passenger side mirror one night so he ordered a new one from Autozone by our place. They told him the mirror was scheduled to arrive February 14th on Valentine's Day. I waited for a phone call, but got nothing. I ended up calling to check on it 3 times within 2 weeks. They told me it had not arrived. One guy said he would give my name and number to a manager and I still didn't hear anything for 3 more days. Finally I called again yesterday on the 27th of February and the guy says, oh yeah it's here. I asked when it arrived and he said he didn't know. Also I had previously asked 2 different people at this location if they had car paint for my mirror. They both said yes. But when I picked up the mirror the guy told me they do not have the paint for my Mazda. So, all in all I will NOT be returning to this location. No one really seemed to know what was going on, which is fine, but in my customer service experience, you can put someone on hold and ask a superior to make sure...so it doesn't come back to bite you. That's what I do at my job! The guys I spoke to were all super friendly which was the one positive thing here, but that doesn't help with misinformation.
