Tried to do the right thing and ship local. Never again at Bigs!!! My bedroom set was delivered with 2 broken nightstands and a broken dresser drawer. Delivery guys took the nightstands back and told me to keep the drawer so I would have one for now and they would just change it out when the new one came. When I called to check the status I was told I had to send photos of the damaged drawer and a detailed email. Not really sure why but I did it. Was told new items would take about 1-2 weeks. After two weeks I called and was told there weren't enough items to send the truck so it would be another week. Called a week later,, was told that nightstands were here but unsure if dresser drawer would arrive in time to be delivered with the nightstands. They completely missed the delivery window and showed up at 7pm! I was told there were so many deliveries, etc etc b.s. Runaround excuses. Needless to say the drawer didn't arrive. Waited a week, called again and was told they are checking into it to see when I can come pick it up. Pick it up??? I don't live anywhere near their store and because I received damaged items I have to drive over there?? At this point waiting for a manager to call me back. Not holding my breath. Save yourself the hassle and go to rc Willey!
