  • I thought Von's was suppose to be a nicer place to shop, at least where I live they are. I witnessed a Von's grocery delivery driver peel out of a parking lot at a high speed and almost hit someone so I contacted the closest Von's to get information on how to report this driver. When I selected 8 I waited on hold for some time and someone finally picked up and placed me back on hold. They never said hello or please hold. So back to holding for several minutes I go. Eventually someone picked up and just laughed for several seconds. I had to ask "Hello?" and finally the gentleman said "Oh, hahahahahahaha, sorry, what?" I asked who I would have to speak to about their delivery drivers and he responded "OL UP, Let me get this paper right quick!" He gave me the web address of shopvons.com which did not work and when I asked his name he replied "Security" When I asked if him if his name was Security, he responded that he refuses to give me his name. I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me. I called back and got him again, he replied that the managers were busy and could not come to the phone. I ended up being placed back on hold and eventually the phone was disconnected. I have had to contact back several times. WHAT THE EFF?!! Did this use to be a FOOD FOR LESS?!!!
