  • I was a potential new patient and had been referred to a doctor Ashley Cole. I called this morning around 10:44am 5/26/17 to inquire more information and was quickly dismissed by the receptionist as she was not taking any new patients. And I'm okay with that, but her phone etiquette was not very professional. About a minute later, I had called back to see if maybe Dr. Butler was open to new patients, and the same receptionist replied "oh nope, definitely not" and then just hung the phone on me without asking if I needed anything further or without saying goodbye. Just as a courtesy to your office, because I've heard good things, I wanted to inform you that she does not give you guys a good look and she should be better trained on the phones. I just want to be clear, I understand that you guys are fully booked and am not angry about that. But just wanted to bring this to your attention.
