I do my best to support locally-owned businesses. I tried really hard to like this place... but I am not impressed.
The first time I went in, I found a super cute dog collar. They didn't have the size I needed for my pooch, so I told the girl I'd stop back in the following week to check again. And, I did. They still didn't have any in stock... but this time I spoke to the owner, who said he had a shipment coming in in a couple days and that he'd call me ASAP. So I gave him my phone number and waited.
I never heard back, so I went in a third time and again bumped into the owner. I reminded him about the collar. He informed me that he'd canceled the order because there wasn't a demand. Which I can totally understand, it's a small business. But... is it such a hassle to pick up the phone and make a 10 second phone call?
By this point I was ready to forget about it... but he decided he wanted to "make it right" so he assured me he'd specifically order one in and that he'd give me a call in a few days when it got here.
It is now a little over two weeks later... and NO call. Big freaking surprise. I will not be returning.
