I live 2 minutes away from this place and decided that it might be worthwhile and time effective to try an alteration service that was closer than my usual one
What I can say is that it was a confusing and slightly rude experience... I walked in a few hours ago to ask how much it would cost to tailor my suit jacket and was greeted with being told "you look at board ok?" and then she walked into the back without saying another word....I understand there is a sign that shows all the prices and sure I didn't see the sign when I first walked in, but I just thought the whole encounter was rather abrupt. Every tailor shop that I visit will not only address the cost of services but they also inquire what specifically I would like done with the jacket...not this time though.
I love getting my suits tailored but before I trust a business with my clothes, I always experience their customer service first. If they don't treat people right then why would they treat their clothes any better? Their prices seemed competitive, but after this experience I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to take it to the place where I usually have my jackets tailored.
