Cox could care less about their customers. I pay over $160 a month for internet and home security. I'm supposed to get 100 megs and I'm currently pulling 8megs, who can work under these conditions, Cox?!
If you call on a Sunday their HomeLife Security Dept is closed....THEIR HOME SECURITY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS?! WHAT?! Its extremely frustrating to me how this is acceptable?! Its highway robbery,knowing that middle class workers are in no position to pay these continually escalating bill. I talk to Cox customer service and they don't care. There's really nothing they can do! Its ridiculous and the sad part is that its almost an internet monopoly in Nevada where your choices are 2 providers and Cox is the only 1 that can provide over 25 megs. Its almost like we are slaves to the industry. Its absolutely awful! I'm cancelling my security tomorrow and can only pray another internet carrier comes to Nevada!!!
