| - Visiting Charlotte from New England and was looking forward to the brunch. Our server, David, was great, but the food, kitchen, and management were horrible. The cream for my coffee was clumpy, the omelet with extra cheese had zero cheese, 2 out of the 3 sides of grits were the same size while the 3rd was half the size of the others, and the oysters weren't fresh at all. When we asked to speak with the manager, she was rude and placed all blame on our server despite us saying he was awesome and the issue was with the kitchen. As for the unfresh oysters, she told me that was impossible since they get deliveries 2x a week. As a New England gal who loves oysters, this is not frequent enough for a restaurant with "oyster bar" in its name. Eat their seafood at your own risk and prey you don't have to deal with the unprofessional floor manager who worked today's brunch.
