  • Phoenix Norterra/Happy Valley location: They're effort falls short of average. The entire crew appears to not be too concerned about the cleanliness of your car at all. I have to clean my car myself, wipe down/vacuum the dash, console, cup holders, interior every time I go. The last time I grabbed one of their rags to finish the job myself. Unfortunately it's the only game in town when it comes to a car wash. So standards don't seem to matter. Step it up Jackson.
