OK, the bus system here isn't as efficient as other sprawling metropolis areas in the middle of the desert. Not that I've ever taken the transit in Arizona, but I've been seen doing the forward-backward off tha strap in CA. Sure, it'll break down every once in a while and there still aren't as many stops in the residential areas because the tract-home owners fear the CAT. And the "urban blight" it brings.
Whatever.
I mean, it won't get you laid or anything, unless you're Rebecca De Mornay and/or have a bone for public transportation. And it...takes....forever, feels double in the summertime. But...it's still the third cheapest way to get around, and there's a bike rack for the second and a relatively scum-free seat for the first.
