It upsets me to have to give Dr. Fihn a one-star rating. It certainly isn't reflective of his skills, but his staff is intolerable. Personal calls from a bill collector while leaving patients to wait, phone messages left unreturned, misinformation given regarding medication refills, conversation with Nurse without follow up, and phones left to ring without answering.
I finally had to go to another source to get my blood pressure medication after a week without them, numerous calls, three visits to the front desk and with blood pressure at "emergency room levels"
I hope that Dr. Fihn heeds the reviews and works to provide the same level of customer service as he provides in medical service.
