  • They took really good care of us. No appointment and we were taken care of in a fairly short amount of time. I don't think it was more than a half hour. They hooked us up with a few replacement parts and they did a free diagnostic to ensure our vacuum was running well. It was a simple clog from a crayon getting vacuumed. They were very friendly and helpful. I'll be going back there if I run into any issues in the future.
