  • Hello, my name is Romeo. I have multiple rentals all over the Vegas valley. This is the 2nd time I had hired Legacy Air come out and help me w/ Heating and Air issues. Regarding this issue (issue was that the fan would not stop blowing). Legacy first had a young gentleman come out and look at my unit . The young gentleman spent a lot of time on it but could not fix it, so they had Dean Knight come out the very next day. Dean is a total class act! I guess he's been in the HVAC tech business for a while. I asked him a lot of questions and he was able to answer everything very quickly and seemingly knowledgeably. Because it took them more than the one day, (and I was a repeat customer), they were able to give a discount. I've dealt with many different HVAC companies in LV over the last 6 years as a landlord. I felt super comfortable w/ Dean. Hopefully Legacy sees the quality they have in their employee Dean. Since I've been doing this for so long wherever Dean ends up, my business goes! Thanks a lot Dean and thank you Legacy!
