The experience was so much different from 5 years ago, to our most recent trip to Wicked Spoon in '17. Before, I cannot fathom that this buffet serves bone marrow: OMG this is wicked! (pun intented) I haven''t seen any Vegas buffet serve the awesome bone marrow before so you can say Wicked Spoon was innovative way back then.
Now on our recent trip, I cannot come to grips that most of their beef dish were tough and dry. Their fried chicken was dry. The bone marrow is tops it but the rest were meh. A beef that is not up to par is pretty sinful for a carnivore visiting Vegas. And with a price point that matches other premier buffets, I would say 'meh, I've experience better.'
