| - So the only 5 star review on this community is from an employee, that should tell you enough right there. The community itself it beautiful, and the apartments themselves are laid out nicely and have plenty of room/storage. We were extremely happy when we stumbled across these and leased immediately, WHOOPS.
Unfortunately this is not the end of the story...
The onsite management team is nothing short of atrocious. I have brought several concerns to Kaycee the manager only to be dismissed like a kid asking for a new toy from their parent. She has no regard for the tenants concerns and usually ducks into her office and shuts the door if she sees one coming. My first issue was with my downstairs neighbor smoking, this is a smoke-free community, or at least so I was told. Instead of enforcing this clause in the lease they made me wait 3 months for the tenants lease to end, meanwhile my apartment smells like an ash tray and I can't even open my doors or windows because he smoked on the patio too, yay!
My second issue is an ongoing one that they also don't give a damn about. When we moved in the dog park was still under construction outside of the building we selected (it was the only one available in the floor plan we wanted). I was informed at that time that the dog park would be open from 8am-10pm and that excessive barking would not be tolerated, that second part is also on the rules posted for the park. Now that the park is complete, and the surrounding buildings are as well, it's seeing a ton of action. Now I knew that I was up for barking, but it's absolutely ridiculous. There is a large number of dog owners in this community that don't give a damn that it's 6:00 AM and their dog is barking, they just sit there and let it go nuts for 10, 20, 30 minutes (wish I was exaggerating). That brings me to the most aggravating park, 6:00 AM, yes the hours posted are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.... that's not what I was sold on, and that's certainly not what I signed up for.
Now you may think that you can just live in another building right? Sure...enjoy all the dog crap, beer bottles, and other goodies the party crowed here love to just leave around. I may seem like I'm ranting, but this community has really struck a nerve. This price point should deliver better customer service, and a delivery on the promises made when the lease was signed.
