I've been wanting to see this show for over 15 years and finally got to see it this year for my bday! The show is amazing and how they get the stage to change from solid surfaces to a huge pools that the performers can dive into is beyond me! Cute & whimsical show that have you smiling. I really enjoyed it, but couldn't give it 5 stars because of the confusion with redeeming a gift certificate at the box office. We called numerous times prior to even arriving in Vegas, was told a few different things, ultimately to redeem at the box office. We did as soon as we got there and the confusion continued!! Call this number, come back later, call that number, come back at this time. This went on for 2 more days before we were finally able to get tickets! How much time wasted on the phone and going back to the box office multiple times was ridiculous! No apologies and no compensation for our inconveniences. Sad for such a big production. My advice, NEVER give someone a gift certificate. Buy the ticket or give them the money to buy the tickets. Apparently the gift certificate department is a totally different entity from the box office How dumb is that?! And what is booked with them is not real time, so by the time you go back to the box office, those seats promised to you has already been sold to someone else. TERRIBLE!!
