To whom this may concern, I would like to make a complaint against autonation in Phoenix.
It is such a disappointment coming to autonation service department. I've had nothing but horrible experiences coming here and having my truck serviced. I dropped my truck off to be looked at for a transmission issue. It was dropped off at 10am. I was without a vehicle until 5pm only to be told that they did not have time to even do a diagnostic test on it. I was told to leave it overnight but no vehicle would be issued to me for use. I work I could not be without a vehicle so I could not leave it. They did nothing to try and help me out nor given any other options because it was still under warranty. So what was told to me was basically since it was under warranty it wasn't a priority to have it looked at. As customer service it is the worst I have experienced. I have a 2 year free maintenance contract when the truck was bought in March 2017 somehow all 3 times I've brought it in they have no idea and record of that on their system. They point me to the sales department and I have to go discuss this with the management department until they find the contract. And that happens every single visit this is ridiculous. On 10/30/17 I'm here for an oil change I waited 30 minutes before they figured out one of their employees had called in sick and I finally got helped. I came in at 7 for the appointment and I'm here waiting still because they can't find the 2 years free maintenance that was on the contract. Horrible experience. Bad service. Bad management. Un professional. I will never refer anyone to here to autonation.
