  • Way too crowded for the space they have. You couldn't get to your locker if someone was using their locker. I counted 16 people waiting to be called for treatments and some were having to stand along the wall. No one walked us down or showed us how to use the lockers. Front desk seemed moore concerned about wondering if we were going to initial any add ons than whether we had a good experience. Lunch was delicious. Purification ritual was amazing. Pedicures were not nearly as pampering as you get at the corner nail salon. I was there several years ago and it had really changed. The guys working at the rooftop pool area which was so crowded were brusque and busy. Except for the purification ritual definitely not worth the $$$$$$ they charge.
