  • Wow!! Canadians are generally so nice. How come all the workers at Avis Pearson are so freaking rude. I was so pissed, I told the worker at the counter to cancel my Wizard and that I would rent from Hertz. He just shrugged and turned to talk to his co-worker and ignored me. A week later, I got a survey from Avis asking me how I liked my last rental. I gave the survey a poor score and gave a detailed description of why I was so pissed. No response. Well Avis - guess what. Your Avis Wizard member of 9 years is now Hertz Gold :)
