When I arrived at Hertz my partner and I were in line for approximately four minutes before we were serviced. But was a little odd was our service representative was in Miami. Our experience at Hertz was over a "face-Time" like conference. The woman who we worked with was very sweet and assisted us as best as she could. What was kind of annoying was that we both could not hear her at the same time because the hearing device that was used to communicate with her was similar to a phone without speaker. There was a little hick-up/confusion however with the spelling of my name. It took a bit of time to resolve this issue.
When we got the car it was very clean. We had no issues finding the car and leaving the parking lot. What was also nice is they upgraded us from economy to a compact car.
Tip: if you work for an airline or have a AAA membership definitely use it.
