Worst customer service in the phone department. Asked one employee about the new iPhone X and was told to wait. Employee asking other employees on and on they went. Finally they checked and said there was a 256gb space gray model available and if I would like to start a plan with monthly installments. So I went ahead and said that I would like to start a new payment plan for 24 months with Verizon. They said okay so sitting at the desk for about 20 to 30 mins a lady came and told me sorry but we are all sold out! I'm wondering what the hell! My guess is they are probably holding the phones for a friend or some crap. But thats where I draw the line on stuff like that, if you don't have it make sure it's out of stock and don't leave me waiting! People are ready to up and go on with the day not sit and listen to you blabber behind my back about non work related things come on! And to those employees who looked at me funny because I dressed like I could not afford a phone that expensive your out of your damn mind. Best buy should hire professional employees and have them trained correctly, and at least have a bit of knowledge over electronic products. Would never again shop here again
