  • Alfredo was very nice when he came to look at our backyard on April 21st. But he never returned my call, I texted and called, the first call I was told he was having some family stuff and I understand but get someone else to take care of your customers. I called again since still didn't receive the quote he said he would send, spoke to him and again told me there where some issues he was having and that he would send me the quote on the same day we spoke. Not surprised I still didn't received anything. I called the company and was told he's just been very busy since it's their busy season. Very terrible customer service. The guy bragged about all of the Dr's they've been doing work for on the day he came to see the yard, I guess since we are regular people our work we want doesn't matter. I work a lot and still get back to my customers even if it's late. Not sure how there's all this great reviews since it's not the experience I got. I called the company due to the reviews and we are very disappointed.
