  • The room was spacious but contained a cockroach and a couple other smaller bugs. Room service food is quite bad and (as with most/all hotels) overpriced. However, the location is excellent and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is also friendly but may forget to clean your room if you ask them to come back at a later time in the day.
