| - I love this dealership and feel this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship (who knew I'd ever say this about a dealership?)!
This place is great. It's an all-in-one stop with collision, mechanic and sales. Upon going here for something which should have been explained at another dealership -- something which they did not have to do -- their kindness was overwhelming and the amount of business cards I walked out with was as well.
We left far more educated than when we drove in. Every staff member we encountered was so nice and when we left we got things done.
They are educational, they smile and they are relaxed and fun to be around. Wish I purchased from this dealership!
Ward Bizzel is the go-to man for everything Sync! He is pretty busy but always makes time for us, probably far more time than he needs to but we are pretty dense when it comes to our car workings and he goes above and beyond every single time we have a question.
Steve, the finance manager, sold us our ESP plan but did so in a non-condescending and without pressure manner. He's awesome, patient and does what he needs to do including pulling up graphs and laying it out in simple to understand terms -- again, without pressure.
Nick Nevels, a sales guy, connected us to everyone we needed. We will be back regularly and will get our car serviced here time and time again.
BTW - When we first came to this dealership (remember... we purchased elsewhere) they even offered to buy us lunch (we already ate), gave us bottled water and had us log into the internet at their computer to show us what was going on in Sync that we were having trouble with. They have comfy seats, free wi-fi (no password needed) and a big TV even in the sales department.
I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership through our experiences with them.
