  • We recently moved from the east coast and are re-decorating. Alma's husband is a welcoming face at the front desk and could not have been nicer. I received a call requesting a little more time which was great customer service instead of showing up and being told the work was not ready. Start to finish was less than two weeks. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a simple ottoman to be covered some where else & keep getting the run around when I call, not here. Alma's work was outstanding and I will be using Europin for all our future needs.
