| - I've been coming here with a couple of friends for a few workouts now at various times of the day. Some times are better than others obviously, but there hasn't been a visit yet that we all haven't been able to jump on a cardio machine to get warmed up before our workout.
On the main floor there are the cardio machines, TRX area for personal training, the 20 minute circuit machines, and a large classroom for yoga and other classes. The free weights, machines, locker rooms, and also a spin classroom are located downstairs.
The men's locker room is a good size. I've never felt crammed in, nor had anyone trying to reach around me trying to get into the lockers. The lockers themselves are also larger than some other locations like the one at the Manulife Centre.
All of the equipment is well maintained, though there is the odd little thing like a stop button getting stuck on a treadmill or a grip being a little worn out on the cable pull attachments. Really, my only complaint about this location is that many times it can be hard to get a bench to do some free weight workouts. They could use 2-3 more benches, though they don't really have the space to add them.
