| - This review is based on customer service. I spoke to Danielle on two occasions, the first in person and the second over the phone. Both times I was thoroughly disappointed. I assumed that being a first time visitor, I would feel more welcomed when coming in and inquiring for information however, she did not greet me, did not introduce herself and when I asked questions, she seemed highly irritated that she had to answer them. I had every intention of enrolling my child that day but because of the lack of professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge, I left and decided to look elsewhere. After a few days of processing my experience, I decided to give it another shot, considering that everyone in entitled to a bad day. Well this time we spoke via phone conversation and sadly, the same monotone, annoyed Danielle was completely repetitive of our first experience. I felt very uncomfortable asking questions because she did not seem friendly or happy to answer them. I cannot comment on the instructors as my child has never participated however, I would highly suggest a different employee be the front face of this gym as I'm sure I am not the first person who was turned off by our experience.
